Workplace Wellbeing
Teaching is a demanding profession, and the constant juggle of responsibilities can leave teachers feeling drained and overwhelmed. Maintaining wellbeing isn’t just about recharging after a long day - it’s about developing habits that sustain energy, build resilience, and create balance in both work and life.
This workshop provides teachers with practical strategies to manage stress, set boundaries, and maintain a positive mindset. Grounded in the science of positive psychology, it focuses on enhancing psychosocial wellbeing, helping teachers navigate challenges with confidence and prevent burnout before it takes hold.

Conflict Resolution
Conflict is a natural part of school life, yet many teachers struggle with managing tensions - whether with colleagues, leadership, or concerned parents. Unhelpful beliefs about conflict can escalate tensions rather than resolve them, but developing mental flexibility - questioning assumptions, considering different perspectives, and managing uncertainty - helps teachers navigate these challenges with greater confidence.
This workshop provides practical tools to handle difficult conversations, build awareness of conflict styles, and use a structured resolution model to communicate effectively. Through self-reflection and interactive activities, participants will gain skills to de-escalate tension, foster positive outcomes, and manage conflict with professionalism.

Thriving in High Needs School Environments
Supporting students with complex challenges requires compassion, adaptability, and a strong sense of purpose - but it can also take an emotional toll. Teachers working in high-needs settings often face unique pressures that can lead to exhaustion and emotional fatigue.

This workshop equips teachers with the skills to sustain their wellbeing while making a difference in their students’ lives. Through self-reflection and interactive activities, participants will explore strategies to manage emotional load, set healthy boundaries, and maintain resilience in demanding school environments - allowing them to continue their work with energy, clarity, and purpose.

The Teenage Brain: Time to Upgrade
Understand how the teenage brain develops and why it matters for teaching and wellbeing. Explore how brain changes influence behaviour, emotions, and relationships, and discover practical strategies to create engaging, supportive classroom experiences and wellbeing programs that help teenagers thrive. This workshop is a valuable opportunity to review or develop your wellbeing programs, set a shared agenda for whole-school culture, and translate brain science into teaching practices that empower students and support their growth.

Strengths Profile and Team Workshops
Our Strengths workshops use the research-backed Cappfinity Strengths Profile to help individuals and teams identify their strengths, learned behaviours, and weaknesses. In schools, teams must collaborate in time-poor environments where teachers and leaders are already busy. Whether shaping school direction, leading staff, or working towards shared goals, understanding strengths improves team cohesion, energy, and effectiveness.

This workshop provides actionable strategies to boost productivity, foster collaboration, and ensure team members contribute in ways that enhance overall success - helping schools build strong, engaged, and high-performing teams.

For more details about the various Strengths Profile opportunities, visit the Strengths Profile tab at the top of the page.
